1. How old do I have to be, to rent a car from your car rental company?
Drivers over 21 years of age are welcome. |

2. Do I need a credit card to rent a car?
Yes, in order to rent a car from our company you have to have a major credit card in your name. |

3. What is the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?
Collision Damage Waiver is a coverage to protect you from collision damages to the car you are renting (as a renter you are liable for damage repair costs up to a maximum of €500). |

4. What is Full Damage Waiver (FDW)?
Full Damage Waiver is a full coverage that protects you from any collision damages to the car you are renting (if you take this optional insuranse you will have no responsibillity for collision damages at all). |

5. Can I add an additional driver to my car rental?
Yes, One additional driver is with No extra charge. |

6. What if I have a break down? what do I do?
Working hours is from 08.30am to 21.00pm so, do not hesitate to call us.Beyond these hours you can call the Road-assistance service company (24 hours service). |

7. Can you provide me with Road Maps?
Yes, but please let us know that you would like one in your reservation. Road Maps are free of charge. |

8. What about Deliveries and Collections of the cars?
We can deliver and collect the cars in our downtown offices, at your hotel within the city limits, at all Airports, and at the ports, with no extra charges. Beyond the working hours of the office (08.30am-21.30pm) each delivery or collection will be charged with a €17 |

9. Do you have non smoking vehicles?
Yes we do. (upon request) |

10. How do I make a Booking?
Fill up the reservation form and we will respond to
your quotation as soon as possible (24 hours max)
with all the details and a secure link to make an online booking.
You will be asked for a small down payment in order
to secure your reservation. You will only be charged
when you receive a confirmation voucher from
Poseidon Car Rentals (usually within 48hours).
You will pay the outstanding balance upon delivery of
your rental car.
Poseidon Car Rentals accepts Visa and Mastercard.
